Old Town Commercial Association with Cole Morritauk

Join artist Cole Morritauk as they host a punk sewing circle and conversation outside the Old Town Commercial Association office!

Cole first witnessed live printmaking in 2012 while working as a photojournalist in Washington DC. The subject of Cole's photography was a silkscreener, and by the end of that day the artist had broken both screens trying to keep up with a political march at the US Capitol. Inspired to find a more durable medium for live printmaking, Cole began using a linoleum block relief process to print punky patches for fun.
